Overclocking i7 3770K w/ Coolermaster Hyper 412s

Ok so i dont know very much about overclocking, but im learning
I would like to know how far can i go with this cooler but with staying
on some reasonable temps.
mobo: ASRock Z77 Extreme 4

as far as your temps will let you
i would try for 4GHz... and go from there

that cooler sure looks alot like the 212 evo

i would reccomend stopping around 70C
