There are professionals that can recover the data as long as the platters have not been damaged. but I don't know about repairing them. Just from a logical standpoint, though, everything in there is based on pretty precise measurements so I don't imagine repairing them is an in-home job.
I have never used a data recovery service so I can't recommend one.
That's a scary moment when those drives fall like that. It's like life flashes before your eyes.
