Hello,
My WD2oears fell from a height of about four feet. Now when it is plugged in it makes a scratchy noise and will not boot up. It appears the stylus pins have been bent. Can they be repaired and the information stored on the drive be recovered.

Sorry, but I have to say no. I will assume that it was running when it fell, as normally a bad fall is not fatal to a drive that is not running, although the sounds say your drive is toast.

But as far as data recovery -- not unless you are ready to spend a lot of money; data recovery is very expensive and not always successful no matter what you spend.
