Trojan threat
Last response: in Windows XP
discovered variations of the alureon trojan for each of the last four days. The quick scan is not showing what was discovered with the full scan. What further steps can be taken to protect against this malware? This is an XP home laptop
I also have a Winodws 7 laptop that is checked for updates daily but is now compromised.. launching apps is prevented. What additional steps can be taken in this case? Can anything in the firewall be tweaked?
