Which ssd are the most reliable. I've been hearing that the Sandforce ssd are causing quite a bit of issues.

Solution
SandForce have some issues, but not really that widespread. I have several Vertex 2 and 3 drives and they are fine, but if you really want the most reliable, right now I would still have to say Intel.

I've used a number of X25M Intel drives for over 2 years and never had any issues. Intel also has a 5 year warranty and for all PRACTICAL purposes seems as fast as my fastest 240gb Vertex 3 MaxIOPS.

As with any drive, just do regular backups.
