Good 1156 ATX motherboard?

Hi,

I am looking for a new motherboard for my PC since I am having a lot of trouble with my current Intel DP55KG motherboard.

I have an i7-860 processor and ATI 4870 video card. I dont do much overclocking, given that turbo boost is already there. I am more interested in having a good motherboard for media center type stuff. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good board under $150?
