VGA Problems

I just put together a new system and I am not able to get any type of video signal to come out of HIS ATI 4670. Everything appears to be powered on and running correctly, vga card fan is spinning also. I have tried the vga, dvi, and hdmi ports on the card to no avail. Possible DOA Video Card or something else?

hi,

did you check your cable? one of the pins might have broken off,
or the cable itsself might be broken.

also, have you tried connecting it to a different monitor???

and if that's not work then u could try your card on another system...
