Will ATI 5750 run well with original AOpen 350w PSU ?

hey guys ,,
I'm planning to buy ATI 5750 card
will i have to change my original Aopen 350w psu

my current specs are:
AMD Athlon X2 5000+ cpu OC@ 3.01GHz
ATI radeon HD3650 card
4GB ddr2 ram (2*2) 800mhz
and gigabyte GA-MA69VM-S2 mobo

and i see no big difference btween my 3650 max power consumption (75w) and 5750 (86w)

so what do you think ?

If it is this one http://www.pcpartscollection.com/aoa035posuwi.html it is a little low with 18 amps on the +12 volts. But then again if you have a single HDD and it only requires 0.96 more amps than the 3650 it probably works.

ya I have only one HDD (Western Digital green sata 640GB)

If those specs are close to accurate it should be fine.
