I need help choosing x58 mobo for i7 920. i need a mobo which can easily oc i7 920 d0 to 4.0-4.2...

here are my choices:

GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD5 = 289 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813128422
EVGA 141-BL-E757-TR = 239 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813188049
ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 = 279 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813131365
Foxconn BloodRage GTI = 215 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813186169
MSI X58 Pro-E = 190 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813130226

the foxconn bloodrage is the gti version, but if i can get the non-gti version which is better, I'll go for it. is there any notable difference between the gti and the non-gti?

ill be ocing on h50 (i currently have it)

here are my questions:

what features make a big difference? (ultra durable 3, 2oz copper, turbo v, number of phases, turbo v,etc.)
please indicate the features that are important to consider.

i'm leaning towards the gigabyte ud5 because it has the usb 3.0 and sata 3.0. and also for the bloodrage and msi pro-e because they're cheap solutions on x58.

please help me guys...

I'm leaning towards this cuz I'm fed up with GB - warranty means they still charge you for rma'ing a good board. ASUS I've used many times over the years. Good STABLE BIOS. GB is in love with beta bios'es.

Of the boards you listed, both the ASUS and Gigabyte boards are tops for overclocking and should provide you with the best opportunity to hit your goal. I would slightly favor the ASUS P6T Deluxe V2. You should be able to find plenty of overstocking guides for this board through Google. Good luck.
