what is the difference between i3 processor and cor2duo

They are BOTH dual cores. The only difference is that i3 has hyper-threading ( it acts like 4 threads ), new socket ( LGA1156 vs LGA775 ) and uses L3 cache

I've been posting the same thing on five threads or more.......
