Is it worth upgrading the ram?

Hello, right now I'm running a pair of samsung ram 2x2gb 533 (1066) mhz CL7.
I overclocked my cpu so my ram overclocked as well, right now is running stable at 800 (1600) mhz 8 9 9 25
Is it worth buying a new ram 800 (1600) mhz CL7?
Will I see some boost in performance or something like 1-2%?

My cpu is a phenom x6 1055t.

I can't see there being any major increase in performance, at least not enough to justify the price of new RAM.
