What is your gaming resolution? We need to know what your resolution is so we can recommend a powerful enough GPU to achieve acceptable FPS.
Here are a few recommendations though based on budget, only:
XFX or Sapphire Radeon HD 4850 1GB for under $125
XFX or Sapphire Radeon HD 5770 1GB for under $170
EVGA GTX 460 1GB SC EE for under $300
XFX or Sapphire Radeon HD 5870 1GB for under $600
XFX or Sapphire Radeon HD 5970 2GB for anything over $550.
