Pen drive is getting warm and not able to detect

hey my pen drive is not able to detect nor back side light is running neither it is detected i need pen drive and it is getting much warm like anything and i m sad for that plz help me

Try it in another computer. Backup files from it, if you need to. The drive may be in the death throes !
