Look on Pentium-M Dothan, that are the most powerfull

Avoid the ancient fail construction Pentium-4
They are only hot, noisy, but not powerfull

Hmmm
My Pentium 4 3.06 Ghz HP ZD7000 series notebook is plenty powerful, does not
run hot and is not noisy at all. It does weigh in around 9 1/2 pounds so
it's no lightweight, but the 17" wide screen is great and worth the extra
effort to lug it around! I Know people that have replaced their desktop
computers with this series and love them.

The most powerful available now, and likely for some yime to comes (with new
model numbers) is an Athlon64 based notebook. Intel has nothing to come
close to it even in 32-bit mode.
