SAMSUNG 470 Series MZ-5PA128Z doesnt fit in my acer laptop

Got the SAMSUNG 470 Series MZ-5PA128Z and I have an acer 5820t-6825. So I take out the old hd, a piece of cake. I go to put the samsung in and it wont plug into the laptop. It looks like there isnt enough clearance above the plug. Any thoughts? I tried another regular hd and it fit no problem. thx
