Hello,

Recently purchased an agility 3 60gb ssd, cant wait to build this pc (hopefully the ssd doesn't run into that BSOD problem of theirs)... Anyways since the hard drive is so small and I only plan on having a couple games on my SSD, I want to use my old computers HDD as a secondary storage space?

Its an old 160gb Hitachi 7200 RPM EIDI ATA-100 HDD... And all I see on this mobo page is SATA... Help?

definitely will be getting windows 64bit, although the exact copy of windows is unknown (my friend has a F|2ee copy somewhere on the internet).. he uses it and it only takes up roughly 9-12gb on his pc. My games will probably only take 15gb each max so 2 games and windows should be fine right?

Also I didn't know that was true about the 80% rule, my friend says his is 92% and it works as if it was fresh.

The fact of filling the SSD too much is a well know one and if you do some research you will find out. I had bought the Intel 64 gb SSD when it first came out and it didn't take long before I was up to around 55gb and had to start reorganizing things. I now have two 180gb SSD's in raid for my OS drive , because I don't want to have the same thing happen again. I guess because of price you want to get the 60gb SSD so you will have to really pay attention to the data you put on your Pc and where it goes , so try to put as much as you can on the storage drive.

thanks man. Yeah I will definitely do my research and make sure everything is put onto the right storage harddrive. Anyways I decided to purchase a used SATA 2 500gb drive for the new rig for $30... Hopefully SATA 2 is quick :p
