Hello,
This is PC with 750MB HDD. Want to load XP Pro, are all drivers compatable?
Or have to down load other Drivers?
Will it at all accept XP?

Unlikely. As Asus does not offer anything other than Windows 7 drivers, you would be on your own to locate those drivers and get them installed. It is unlikely at best that you would be able to find all of these drivers via the individual manufacturers of all the component parts.

You could upgrade to Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate and then take advantage of XP Mode, but that is probably the best option available to you. Virtually any computer made within the last 4-5 years will simply not be able to run Windows XP for a lack of driver support.
