I downloaded a CD sent by a friend. Now I can't get rid of this bloated program

Hello, downloaded a CD sent by a friend. Now I can't get rid of this bloated research program (A5V8)...not in Add/Remove and when I try to delete files manually--2nd and 3rd copies appear...Help!

I'm calling this one resolved. Moved files by dragging to Recycle Bin--no copies made. Error message "Cannot delete [file] It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try again. " only appeared on two occasions of dragging. So--Tho I downloaded Revo, it is a little complicated for this slow beginner grandma...will keep it for later clean-up of all files. Thanks
