Build i7 Windows 2008 Hyper-V developer machine

Requirements: Intel Core i7 16GB Ram, expandable to 32GB Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V Graphics - support dual monitors Two Disk Drives (RAID?) - host OS and VMs Can anyone give me a laundry list of components? This will be my first build. Would very much like to stay under 2K USD. Already have licenses for software.
