Best temporary HDD for the money

hi, i will be building a new gaming PC and since HDD prices are so high i decided to get a somewhat cheap HDD and around $100 SSD (64gb crucial m4). i was wondering what would the best price be for a somewhat cheap HDD that offers enough storage while sacrificing specs (like cache, sata 3.0 vs 6.0, . . .). i would still like it to be a 7200rpm HDD
