The case will be an Antec 1200

I am still searching for a suitable Video card. since newegg is having st patricks day sale I beieve I will find a decent one soon. I wont be doing any gaming so a good card with HDMI output will get me by. If you have any suggestions please feel free to advise me.
Here's where my issue popped up. Initiall I was going to get the Antec 850w which came in a combo deal with the Antec 1200 case. But because of the St Patricks day sale, newegg has posted a 1000w Rosewill PSU for $105. I would like to know if Rosewill has better quality PSU's than Antec? I have posted the links associated with both supply's below.
