Specs on first buld (need help)

Trying to find the correct ram for my motherboard. The board supports xmp I'd like the ram to do the same just in case I decide to overclock in the future. The base numbers recommended are DDR3 1333/1066 ECC,non-ECC,un-buffered. All I can find is /10600 or /10660 or /10666. What's the deal on the second set of numbers? Since the board will support up to DDR3 2000 in overclock do I choose a higher speed stick even if I don't overclock until sometime in the future? The second problem I want to install a SSD. The board supports SATA 3Gb/s but again (on newegg) I can't find one with the 3Gb/s for the interface. Is there another term for SATA 3Gb/s? i7-920 2.66GHz LGA 1366 130W

The last number is peak transfer rates (theoretical).

Here this should help.

SATA 3gb/s is also called SATA 2.0 or SATA II
SATA 6gb/s is called SATA 3.0

Going more than DDR1600 is kinda a waste unless you plan on hitting 5 Ghz with LN2. Simply pout, get the best timings you can afford. CAS 6 is the Mushkin 998691 at about $245. CAS 7 can be had at about $189
