POWER PROBLEM

MOTHERBOARD-FOXCON-P35AX-S NEW BOARD CANT GET IT TO SHUT DOWN, TRIED ALL I NO, WIRES- PINS ON BOARD,ALL CORRECT, IT WILL SHUT DOWN WHEN I PUT ALL WIRES BACK, BUT ONLY FOR THAT TIME, I HAVE BUILT COMPUTER BEFORE ,THIS AS ME FOXED.

remove the power button wire that runs to the front of the case to rule it out, make sure that there is nothing that is shorting out the two connectors that the power switch connected to, you will be best off pulling it all out of the case and breadboarding it, if it still gives you issues then you may have a bad board and need to RMA it. Also make sure you go through the boot checklist here, it lists many of the common build errors.

THANKS I WILL TRY SOME TIME THIS WEEK, CHECK THE FRONT CONNECTION EARLYA COULD NOT SEE ANY PROBLEMS, IT ALL WORK ON MY OLD FOXCON BOARD, THANKS
