Noise from PSU

Hi,

I finally powered up my HomeBuild system (core i7, Gygabyte GA-EX58-UD3R, 6GB memory, PNY GeForce 9500 GT 1024MB, Fedora12) but I'm getting some interference noise that is coming out of the PSU. The noise is not constant and it appears to happen whenever there's some activity on the box i.e loading a web page , it's not very loud but louder than the hardDrives. Any ideas of what this might be?

PSU=Antec Neopower 650 (650 Watt ATX12V v2.0 & EPS 12V Power supply)

Does it sound like a buzz of some sort? Also, are noise levels important to you?
