Weird BIOS setup/ Overclocking help

Hey, so, last week I've finally decided to upgrade my PC a bit so I've read some articles etc. and decided that I would buy myself a new Graphics card (The default one in my PC is GeForce 100 which is really crap) and try and overclock my system. After reading a bit about overclocking, I restarted my PC, and hit the delete button a couple of times but nothing woul show up. After 30 minutes of researching and trying hitting different buttons on start up, I finally realised that the button I'm looking for is f10 which shows up as "Setup" in start up. When I hit f10 a couple of times, finally some menu appeared which said at the top "Phoenix-AwardBIOS CMOS setup but it looks nothing like the one in the videos and different articles I read about overclocking. Here's what it looks like:

So my question is, how do I get access to all the overclock related options?

My specs:

My BIOS are up to date.
