  Please someone help...I am having such wierd issues with this computer. Had to have the HD re-formated and setup again because of a downloader Trojan

Since then I still have the same ISP. But alot of wierd issues. Like....The "Log me in Resue" Chat Box for Century Link pops up about 20 different times when I reboot my computer, also I have had constant crashes while the Ethernet "Yellow LineConection" is pluged into my computer. I have had 3 total get this No Disk Found in my BIOS and can't detect one when I scan for it. Also the competer has totally crashed and can't boot to even a DOS comand line 4 times now. I have removed the program and files that are associated with the LOG ME In Resue. None exsist on my compter and that crazy chat window won'r go away. Even after a system reset to earlier date. I still can't figure this crazy computer out. It's got like a mind of it's own ( or life ) I have never heard of a computer that has totally crashed and says the hard drive is not formated to reserect it's self 1 1/2 hours later   . he only thing I did there was disconect the ethernet line pluged into the back of it. I almost feel like giving this computer a human name (Devil ) He He. No but really I am so serious and just baffled totally by all this stuff going on. I have been to Microsoft and done fike and folder scans and also malware removale and security scan on the web site. They say nothing is wrong. I did a "Fix It" scan of file and folder issues . Checked everything it would look for. I said : viewings or coustomiazations for a folder may be lost or incorrect, caused by incorrect registry settings for folder options. So! Now! How do I re-set that??? I have done virus scan after virus scan . My own , Microsoft, and health check up at Century Link. The only one that sees anythig wrong with nmy computer is the Health Check Up at Century Link!! They want from $69.00 to 110.00 to try to fix the issues. With a ten day warenty. If I gotta pay anything I'll go to the computer shop and plop down $17.00 for a already loaded hard drive and replace the one I got... right. I am so up set with Century link telling me it's not there ethernet connection that I could scream. These issues started after the health check and any computer that is plugged into the Ethernet line the Log Me In Recue chat Technician can't log in the log in fails . The log in resue can log in wirelessly only. Every time they ask me to plug in my computer within 2 min the Tech. is disconected and can not re-connect till I unplug that line! But it's not there eternet line and they argue with me. Hmmm so what should I do??? I realy need some help and so tired of fighting with my ISP provider. HELP!!! Thanks for reading this and hope everyone can learn something in this prosses My computer is a Compaq Presario 6415CL windows xp sp3 32 bit Home Eddition Build also 3 extra 256mb chips for RAM installed.
