I would and I will be getting two as soon as I have the money to do so. I think two of the 4gb model will do nicely.

I would rate these overclocked msi lightnings as 25-30% faster than an overclocked gtx670.

How do you figure, my 670 is within 2.2 fps of it benched? 25-30% rofl

When comparing the 670 to the 680 the results are very close and some people will say that for the extra $100 or more it makes no sense to go with the 680. But it does seem to me that the 680 can get to a higher mhz and you will see more high end 680's come out and the 670 may not have the same top end and be able to keep up. The Evga Classified is at 1111mhz core speed and I think thast there will be higher and the Evga Hydro Copper is at 1150mhz core speed.
For a time I was considering the 670 because of the price but slowly the higher core speed cards are starting to come out and some are able to go hiher so the end result will be the 680 getting better fps at a higher clock , not sure that the 670 will get that high.

Mine is currently stable at 1290 core and 3787 mem, thats +140 core and +780 mem. Had core up to around 1330 and +800 mem stable in heaven but bf3 was having issues so i toned it back. Pretty happy with my luck of the draw.

That's nice when you get the better gpu that's very clockable , would be nice if they were all like that.
The question keeps going around and around in my head , why is this like this , why is the 670 so close to the 680 in performance? Why did Nvidia do this ? It really makes no sense.

I really have no idea why nvidia did this crap this year.
All their top cards only have minor differences of 5-10% at most including both being overclocked that sometimes can level the differences and make them equal, why pay 100$ for 5% more performance? (wow so X card has 10 more fps in BF3 than Y card, guess I'd better hand over like 60$ more so nvidia won't get upset) Last year you could upgrade from something like 450 to 560 for less than that price and get double performance... Now you pay 100$ for 5% more fps in some games and in a benchmark when you could get a 660 that's a bit slower but costs 2 times less. It makes no sense? They're like... competing with themselves. Releasing a bit slower cards with better and better price/performance ratio... They're kinda creating an AMD in their own company, like some bipolar kid, one half of their products are overpriced and the other half has great price/performance ratio but why kill the chance of people buying your own products? shouldn't they focus on removing AMD as a competition?
