Furmark problem

When I run furmark, My temperatures never exceed 40C but it never gets out of 2D mode.. so clocks are stuck at 400/250/800 c/m/s.
Any help would help. I cannot change 2D mode clocks except for standard 2D(idle) and it can't go over 400.

Try updating your video drivers, if you already have the newest then try some older ones.
