Overclocking Q6700 on an intel Dp45sg

i am trying to figure out what i set my fsb/multiplier/voltage to get 3ghz-ish.
My vid is 1.3250. My ati 5870 is being bottle-necked.

Intel Motherboards are terrible.

agree, It's more complicated for sure but they do last. There used to be a good post on tom's hardware but it is no longer there.
