Asus P6T Raid 0 on Windows 7

I have one Asus P6T with CPU core I7- 920 and 6 gigs memory
2- 70 gigs raptor 10,000 rpm and one 1tb hard drive, from my old system, I like use the same drivers but my question is do you recommend use my 2 raptors HD on Raid 0 for windows 7 and 1tb hard drive for storage, I will be using this system for video editing.
