Uploading issues

I cant seem to load a specific webpage, I tried to upload it from of I tried to upload it from some of my friends computer, some computers will upload it, some want. Is there something specific I should do to allow me to upload this page?

are U trying to put something online or just trying to open a page?
If you're just trying to open a page and some thing on it don't work, maybe u don't have something. Like some require adobe flash . then u make sure U have latest Adobe Flash.
if that is not it, try with another browser, like Chrome or Firefox.

Or write what page are U trying to open.
