prime 95 , the program used for temps is ecs software (come on the driver cd with board) its pretty acurate cause i rebooted and checked bios the temps were the same

iam using stock cooler with ac @22c and blowing at my rig with side panel removed
*next thing to do is try to lower the voltage (less heat right ?) @4ghz ~4.2
*the cpu speed isnt constatnt is that normal ??

Correct. The fastest you can go (while keeping stability) with the least possible voltage and heat.

Keep in mind, the standard Prime95 "blend" test doesn't make things really hot until it gets to the small FFT's. (On my rig that's about 20 minutes in)

Or you could just select small FFT's from the test menu and test for max heat right off the bat.

I would still run blend for a couple hours to test stability.

i used the large fft the software says (max power max heat)
ill give the small fft a try

Looks like you are good then.

The only other thing I might check is the core temps with a second program.

I have not used the program you are using, but I do know that HWmonitor reads my core temps low by ~11C.

AMD overdrive showed the correct temps and I used that to identify which sensor on HWmonitor to use for my CPU. (TMPIN2 on my rig)
