also what do the numbers mean 7,7,7,20 ect

The color is the difference (some people with open side panels want a matching color scheme for the entire system so will want the color that matches with their system !!)

the 7-7-7-20 are the timings for the RAM modules and indicate how many clock cycles each operation takes -- the lower these numbers the faster the performance of the RAM module will be at a given speed. (though small differences will generally not be noticeable anywhere but benchmarking programs !)
