Hello, am trying to back -up data to drive D but the space is not enough how can I increase the space of drive D

You can delete other files you no longer need. Other than that, you get into replacing the hard drive with a larger one.

I met is it possible to increase drive D space and decrease Drive C space

Yes, there are tools that can do that, but make sure you fully back up both partitions because you can loose all your files in the process.

Also, backing up data from one partition to another on the same drive is not really backing it up! You need to back it up to a physically different drive, preferably an external drive.
