What is CMH?

Trying to upgrade my PC fans and understand all spec listings except when they list 60.4 CFM (that i know is amount of air it moves) but what is 102.6 CMH?

I think it refers to fan noise level.

Cubic metres per hour? 1 CMH is about the same as 0.6 CFM.
