No its not compatible, you have DDR3 ram and an AM3/AM2+/AM2 board which will only accept DDR2.

The f3 while slightly smaller is significantly quicker and less expensive

If you arent planning to CF the 785G chipset will work quite well but i suggest this one instead so that you can use the ram you have picked out and will have a bit more upgrade potential down the line

Rosewill's arent the best PSU make but the RX750 got a 9 overall from JG and an 8 for performance so they arent too bad

Three things:
1) Don't get a Rosewill PSU, stick with a Corsair or Antec. You only need a 550w PSU with your 4870 GPU.

2) Your MOBO listed is a DDR2 MOBO but you have DDR3 RAM. My recommendation would be to get an AM3 only MOBO to support your DDR3 RAM.

3) Get the Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB hard drive. It is faster and better than the F2 you have listed.

edit: hunter315 is back to his old tricks again and beat me to the post. He was doing so good for a while... [:mousemonkey:5]

It will play counterstrike and half life 2 with no problems. The 5770 actually requires less power than the 4870, unless you plan on crossfiring, you will be good to go with a 550w PSU.

Unless it is listed as an AM3 board, not AM3/AM2+ or AM3/AM2+/AM2, it will not support DDR3 ram. A 5770 is not an upgrade, its actually a slight downgrade, it will let you use DX11 but that wont affect you at all with steam games for quite a while, but it will use far less power, about 2/3 as much.

For a gaming build, the 435 will perform better... http://www.anandtech.com/bench/default.aspx?p=112&p2=10...

You want a motherboard like the ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO AM3 MOBO, which is what was listed by Hunter315.
