I just installed 160gb hard drive into a Panasoni Showstopper HS2000 and it
sees appr 133 hrs, is it right?
I was reading some place that some system can only take 137gb max and
wondering if this system can take it all?

You're right--that system has a limit on the hard drive size it can see.

That's right. You can get more with a 2-drive system. I've had 165
hours with a 2020.

That 137GB limit is 128GB with different math (using 1024 instead of
1000, as is common in computers). The number of hours you get is a
little more than the disk space in MB (133 is a little more than 128).
With a 160GB drive, you waste the extra space. Note that that's on
older Replays (pre-4000). Newer Replays can handle it.
