Fans and heat sinks without a custom back plate

My motherboard does not allow me to take of the back plate (thanks HP), so I am trying to find a fan and heat sink that don't need a custom back plate. I bought the Hyper 212 Plus from Cooler Master but then realized that I can't use their custom back plate. If anyone has a good suggestion for a fan and heat sink that don't need a custom back plate please tell me.
