Any advise on decent Case, Monitor (21.5-24"), RAM, and if that PSU is any good?
Should i upgrade to the 5870?

PSU: I'm a little cautious about that one. I'd almost suggest picking up a different one, and selling that one. After all, it is free. I recommend sticking with Corsair, Antec Earthwatts or OCZ. OCZ's StealthXStream 700W is $50 after rebate.

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 2x2 GB 1333 mhz CAS Latency 7 $100.

Case: HAF 922 $80 after rebate.

I'm not an expert with the monitors. I have heard that Dell has good monitors with great customer support for fairly cheap.

If you have the budget for a 5870, you might as well. It will be a little more powerful.

Ill be using it for Streaming HD movies to my xbox, Gaming(FPS, RTS, ect..), 3D Drafting and design (Solidworks, autocad)

1. the OCZ PSU was sold out, any others you guys have come across

2. The Ben-Q doesnt have HDMI, thanks for looking though :D

3. I was looking at the cases, I came across

Rosewill DESTROYER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case ,comes with Three Fans-1x Front Blue LED 120mm Fan, 1x Top 120mm Fan, 1x Rear 120mm Fan, option Fans-2x Side 120mm Fan,1x Top 120mm Fan,1x Bottom Fan - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147144
at $60 w/ free shipping

versus the Coolermaster at $110 inc shipping, -20 MIR

Any problems with the Rosewill case?

Not that I know of, but the HAF is big enough to be a full tower, and is arguably the best case ever built. The size is important because the higher end video cards will require a lot of space. The HAF is well worth the extra $30.

PSU: Other alternatives would be same sized Antec Earthwatts and Corsairs. The 750W Corsair is $100 after rebate, and Corsair is an excellent manufacturer.
