I'm pretty sure that it will but i just want to make sure before I buy it and then find out later it wont. Anyway i was wondering if the EVGA GeForce GTX 275 CO-OP PhysX Edition http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E168... will work with ASUS P7P55D LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E168... Thanks for the replies

Of course it will work... but take a look at this:
System Requirements: Minimum of a 680 power supply. (Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 46 Amps.)
How about your PSU? Do u have enough power to feed that card? :)

I'm planning on getting CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply
with Intel Core i7-860 2.8GHz LGA 1156 95W Quad-Core Processor
