How to convert a hard to a flash drive for iso mounting

I have seen hard drives that are shown as a flash drive in my computer, how is this done?
I need to have like 15 ISO’s mounted at the same time so when accessing the ISO files I don’t have to mount them each time over and over an over?

I have daemon tools thanks. The idea I’m looking for is to have these ISO auto mount like, just click in the said program it see's the ISO and wammo! Like I said I have seen others with a hard drive that is acting like a flash drive has the icon and all ISO act like they are mounted already…
