Computer freeze blue dotted pattern

computer freezes during games otherwise its fine, but during a video game it freezes and a colored dotted pattern covers the screen, is it the graphics card

It possibly that your card is overheating or defective..

Video Card: HIS H575FN1GD Radeon HD 5750 1GB
Case: COOLER MASTER Centurion
HD: Western Digital Caviar Black

Did some stress testing of the ram and video card and no crashes, and the temperatures were good but it still randomly crashes and goes to a randomly dotted screen while playing games sometimes. Other times it will crash and go to a straight gray screen and play a weird sound, and just stay there not turning off. At a loss for what it could be.

When colored dotted pattern appears then i can only thing one thing: defective card.
Have u tried your card on another computer?
Just to make sure whether the problem is still exist or not...
