Which Z77 motherboard is best for overclocking i5-2500k & GTX 660 Ti?

ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ($134.99) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293

ASUS P8Z77-V LK ($124.99) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131837

GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H ($119.99 after MIR) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128546&Tpk=GA-Z77X-D3H%20LGA

I'm going to be using a CM Hyper 212 Evo for the i5-2500k. (I am planning to do mild amounts of overclocking, nothing too crazy.)

More about which motherboard overclocking 2500k
  1. GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H and ASRock Z77 Extreme4 is best out those imo i have not try them all though so i might be wrong
  2. I personally would pick GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H out those three
  3. The AsRock Z77 Extreme 4 / GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H are better than the Asus for overclocking, from what I've read. I would probably spring for a GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H though (the advantage over the D3H is the 2oz copper PCB introduced with Ultra Durable 4, see http://www.gigabyte.us/microsite/306/images/ud4.html ). The build quality is better on GIGABYTE regardless of which one you choose (the D3H is still Ultra Durable 4 classic) but the AsRock Extreme4 is faster.

Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 is a good budget mobo for overclocking; however, it's just 4 phase analog PWM and uses some cheap mosfets along it.
