I am building a new PC. I am sick by the Hard Drive prices. What and where is the best bang for the buck right now. I do not need anything too big. 500gb or 1tb is plenty.

$125 for 1TB was $150 before Xmas http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... comes with a free DVD burner for limited time.
ya im sick of those prices as well, specially after getting 2TB drives for 55$ each before the flood fiasco lol
Anyway was in need for 1tb cheap drive, found external on sale for 70$ it seem external drives overall cheaper then internal,
so just took it out of enclosure and used inside saving 60$
unless you in hurry, you can find good new year sales still
