Ssd optimisation returning to default?

hi i have recently built a computer with a ssd 60gb vertex 3 6gbs as o/s and a 500gb hdd as secondary for data. i did a fresh install of w7 ultimate and before adding a profile rebooted in system admin and audited the values so my user profiles would save to the secondary drive not my ssd. i did this with no glitches and then read up on some tweaks like system restore disable defrag disable page files and so on and so on. i was wondering how could i recover w7 to default settings and only make some of the tweaks???
