Firmware 3 AAK

Hello,
I have a Seagate Barracuda 7200.10
with 3.AAE firmware. The electronics is burned. I have another harddrive with 3.AAK firmware, and I have tryed to switch over the print. Now I can here the motor running, but I can´t get the data out. What can I do?
