Hello
The gigabyte model has some extra features such as more PCI-E slots, also it should do better in OC'ng.So i would recommend it over the Intel motherboard.

The Intel unit only has 4 dimm slots which will limit the type of ram expansion that is possible.
The gigabyte unit also supports 6gb sata and usb 3.0, and is a bit cheaper.

Everything to me says go for the gigabyte motherboard.
