My computer came with a partitioned hard drive how do i send files from one part

my computer came with a 500gb hard drive but its spit into 3. c drive d drive and e drive. C is full and I have to move files to another section how do I do this?

User files no problem! You can drag and drop between two windows or cut and paste!
