Suggest Motherboard

Hi,

I am currently looking for a new motherboard.

My system Spec:

AMD Athlon II X3 425 @ 2.70GHz
Corsair Dominator 4GB 1066MHz DDR2
ATI Sapphire 5750
Corsair VX 550W PSU

Could anyone suggest a good motherboard with these specs.

It's a good mobo, only he has DDR2 RAM.

lol, mosox CAUGHT you.. recommending an am3 board in that second post of yours Maziar.. but mosox, ur guilty too.. ur amazon link is an am3 board too =/

metalgear11, it's a tricky bit because you have an am3 processor but ddr2 RAM.. that's where the difficulty lies..

am3 CPU's use ddr3 RAM unless you put them into am2+ sockets.. that means you need to find an am2+ motherboard with a bios update that will support am3 cpu's (since you have ddr2 RAM)..

desiring Crossfire also makes this process a little more difficult as it narrows the northbridge that we can select.. we're looking at 790fx boards (for FULL pci-e 2.0 slots) for which this is pretty scarce at your budget..

Sorry i didn't see that OP wants a DDR2 motherboard first,
aberchonbie is right,you have to get an AM2+ motherboard(which "May" require a BIOS update for AM3 CPUs)

Yes atm i do have a am2+ it is a very bad motherboard as i got it in a bundle with my cpu.

I have been looking at this motherboard does not support Crossfire X :

If you don't need crossfire Maziar's mobo is better, it's ATX and has solid capacitors. A bit cheaper in here:
