I was just wondering if there was anyone out there that had any knowledge about Alienware computers and the company itself. What I would like to know is if the Alienware company has any type of program where I could send my Alienware laptop into them and have them install a couple upgrades for me ie a better processor and video card and if so how and where to go to go about arranging this to happen, thank you so much for your time. -Mark-

More then likely they wont. You will need to buy a new one.

all I know is Dell bought them a few years back

the only way to know if they will upgrade your laptop is for you to contact them. One of the nice things about buying from a boutique builder. If they can do it, I would be shocked if it did not cost as much as a new laptop.

Laptops are very, very difficult to upgrade - they're usually built for a specific configuration and nothing else really.

The only thing I can suggest is what ct1615 said and drop them a line. I seriously doubt you can, and it'll probably cost as much as a new system anyway.
